Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once food preparation has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please call us at 9726533000 immediately with your order details.
- Order Cancellation by Hotel Gurukrupa:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of ingredients, excessive demand, or operational issues.
- If an order is canceled by us, the customer will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- If an incorrect order is delivered (wrong items or missing items), customers must report the issue within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
- If the food is found to be spoiled or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us immediately with a photo for verification.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be credited within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as a voucher or discount for the next order.
- No Refunds in Certain Cases:
- If the order was prepared correctly and delivered as per customer specifications, refunds will not be entertained.
- Any complaints made after 30 minutes of food delivery will not be considered for refunds.
